Woodcut

On Sunday, it was still warm enough to be raining in Binghamton, but in Ithaca, (taking my display down at Starbucks), it was frosty and there was snow and ice on the ground. Tricky driving. I even saw the first snowman of the season! It made me think of this woodcut I did a long time ago. It was a soft, inferior piece of scrap that I had lying around. Christmas is coming fast. Lights are up outside now. Working on some sketches for this year's card. A nice surprise today was a package delivery from Japan.... fabrics for some holiday projects. And... Hahnemuhle fine art (archival) paper 350gsm 100% rag for making prints also came:)
